From 5PM NZST on Wednesday 15th September until 1AM Friday 17th September 2021, SMX customers who use Microsoft 365 may have noticed their inbound emails were queuing. This was due to rate limiting by Microsoft 365 of the SMX New Zealand secondary site. From 12 Noon on Thursday SMX applied measures to re-route affected messages, so impact was limited after this time.
The rate limits have now been lifted and any previously queued emails have been delivered. Thank you for your patience.
