To ensure you receive all incident updates we suggest you subscribe to this page using a non-SMX filtered email address. You may wish to subscribe via text also.

Please note if you subscribe via text you will only receive a notification when an incident is created and resolved. You will not receive notifications for updates. You may wish to subscribe via email as well or visit this page during the incident for updates.

Scheduled - SMX will apply routine operating system updates to our NZ infrastructure platform. This may result in minor service disruption with some clients being disconnected. Any affected clients will be able to reconnect immediately, and in our experience, most will do so automatically. In addition, there will be two periods of outage for the SMX administrative portal of approximately 10 minutes each.
