To ensure you receive all incident updates we suggest you subscribe to this page using a non-SMX filtered email address. You may wish to subscribe via text also.

Scheduled - SMX will upgrade the infrastructure components at our New Zealand primary site between 10pm - 12am, Tuesday, 15th October 2019. This may result in two short periods of disrupted access (for less than 60 seconds each) to the inbound and outbound filtering and hosting services. In our experience, there will be little or no customer impact as the vast majority of email clients will immediately reconnect.

Investigating - The SMX New Zealand Email Hosting was unavailable between 1:33 A.M. and 2:04 A.M on Wednesday, 8th October, 2019, due to a Network connectivity issue. Mail Filtering services were not impacted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and will make a full incident report available to interested parties in due course.
