To ensure you receive all incident updates we suggest you subscribe to this page using a non-SMX filtered email address. You may wish to subscribe via text also.

Firewall Maintenance on the Primary Site Apr 7, 22:00 - Apr 8, 01:00 NZDT
The purpose of this change is to upgrade the connection to our service provider. Some disruption is expected to Hosting, Filtering and the SMX portal during this period. Mail flow will automatically retry via the secondary site, however Hosting and the SMX portal will experience brief outages during this window.

Server Patching Apr 8, 20:00 - Apr 9, 00:00 NZDT
SMX will apply routine software updates to our NZ infrastructure platform. This may result in minor service disruption with some clients being disconnected. Any affected clients will be able to reconnect immediately, and in our experience, most will do so automatically. In addition, there will be two periods of outage for the SMX3 administrative portal of approximately 5 minutes each.

Scheduled - The purpose of this change is to apply security updates to our external firewalls in the secondary site. Customers may experience SMTP disconnects during the maintenance window. Connections to the primary site are unaffected.

Update - We are receiving tickets to our ticketing system, however auto replies with ticket numbers are not being sent out at present. We are working to resolve this currently.

Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
